She/Her

CEO

Mika brings a cross-sector career grounded in justice and care, focused on designing systems that align purpose with impact.

Before moving into financial services, Mika worked in the nonprofit sector with a focus on prison conditions and food justice. At the PREA Resource Center, a project of Impact Justice, she helped advance sexual safety in confinement settings by leading the design and oversight of complex technical systems that powered a national audit program. She also directed the research and production of a groundbreaking report that brought national attention to the inhumane food conditions in U.S. prisons.

Her earlier work spans program design and evaluation, training delivery, and data systems development in mission-driven organizations. Mika graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon’s Honors College with a degree in planning, public policy, and management. She holds a Master’s in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and the Series 65 investment advisor license.
