
Mika Weinstein brings almost a decade of nonprofit program development experience to Just Futures.
Most recently she served as a program manager with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Resource Center, a project of Impact Justice. In that capacity, she designed and oversaw the implementation of an ecosystem of complex, integrated technical solutions. While at Impact Justice, she also managed the research and production of a first-of-its-kind report on the state of food in America’s prisons. Her past work includes nonprofit database design, training delivery, program evaluation, and student mentorship. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon’s Honors College in 2014 with a degree in planning, public policy, and management. She completed her Masters in Public Management at Johns Hopkins University in 2021.
